Michelle began her professional career in Financial Services in 1987. She is dedicated to maintaining a positive and productive work environment and is always looking for ways to enhance the customer service experience.

Michelle has a passion for helping people and enjoys a career that has a positive effect. It’s her goal to make the navigation of forms, statements, and tax documents as easy and as secure as possible. As our Client Service Manager, Michelle manages and monitors our office operations and is our resident pro at making sure nothing falls through the cracks.


Michelle is a native Californian. She and her husband Tim have two dogs and 4 adult children they are very proud of. When she’s not helping clients, you can find her traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
